mmm ... mmm foundation

The trustees of mmm have announced their intention to establish the mmm foundation, which will be responsible for the distribution of all surpluses generated by mmm sponsored events, and this year will be supporting Demelza Hospice Care for Children and Chestnut Tree House. These two charities provide palliative care, respite care and support to children with progressive life-limiting conditions and their families, from across Kent and Sussex. The term life-limiting means children who are not likely to reach adulthood.

The mmm foundation will have a wider geographical remit for distributions than has mmm in the past, which the trustees see as a sign of the overall success of mmm in raising sums for distribution to worthy causes.

The mmm foundation will have charitable status.
